VeriQloud Raises €1.9M ($2M USD) to Accelerate Development of Quantum Communications Solution

VeriQloud is a company based in Paris, France and founded in 2017 that develops several quantum communications solutions and received this funding from quantization And WinEquity, an investment firm specializing in companies founded or co-founded by women entrepreneurs. VeriQloud has two products announced. The first one is called qline that provides quantum cybersecurity at the local area level. Qline has been in use since 2022 by Deutsche Telekom on its OpenQKD testbed network in Berlin. VeriQloud also provides HyQloud which provides a hybrid classical quantum solution for secure data storage. Additional projects they have undertaken using this product include France QCI (led by Orange), Quantum Internet Alliance (led by TU Delft), or SecNISQ (led by INRIA).
